Tea brewing could bring you peacefully to appreciate the surroundings. Tea is a unique natural healthy beverage without infusion any chemical material but spreading its colour, fragrance and flavor as well.
Each kind of tea has its own style. You can enjoy the art of tea if you could master different brewing techniques.
High Temperature
For Oolong Tea, Black Tea and Pu-erh Tea are suitable to use this kind of brewing method.
Recommended brewing method:
- Warm the teapot and tea-set with boiling water
- Fill 1/4 of teapot with tea leaves (approx. 7g of 100ml teapot)
- Pour in boiling water for tea-rinsing and then discard the water
- Use 95℃ boiling water to brew
- You can steep each brew from 5 to 90 seconds according to your taste
Middle Temperature
The middle temperature brewing method is suitable for White Tea, Yellow Tea and Floral Tea.

- Warm the teapot and tea-set with boiling water
- Fill 1/3 of teapot with tea leaves (approx. 5g of 100ml teapot)
- Cool down the boiling water to 85℃ for tea-rinsing and then discard the water
- Cool down the boiling water to 80℃ for tea brewing
- You can steep each brew from 5 to 90 seconds according to your taste
Low Temperature
Green Tea is suitable to use the low temperature method to brew.
Recommended brewing method:
- Warm the teapot and tea-set with boiling water
- Fill 1/4 of teapot with tea leaves (approx. 6g of 100ml teapot)
- Cool down the boiling water to 75℃ for tea-rinsing and then discard the water
- Cool down the boiling water to 70℃ for tea brewing
- You can steep each brew from 30 seconds to 2 minutes according to your taste
